Hi, Im 5'5 and weight about 155 pounds, i play sports so most of this isnt fat, but i would like to lose some of the weight i have on my thighs and stomach. I would like to lose about 25-30 pounds BEFORE summer!! i swim for about 2 hours 3 days a week and work out for another two hours the other 4 days. And i still stay the same weight. Do you have an suggestions?
please help!! Embarassed
