I have just started taking it and it doesn't make me feel jittery, but gives me lots of energy and appetite control. Just wanted to see If anyone else was taking this,not looking for a lecture on taking diet pills either! I exercise and eat healthy, I have 3 kids, and just needed something to help give me extra energy and something to help me from eating everything in my house.
