excercise...so ive have armed myself with the right foods. the snack cupboard is solid i feel good about it. so is the multitude of fresh veggies and fruits on my counter..solid.BUT now im looking at what to do for activity in the gym and im getting myself overwhelmed and confused.??
where should i start???
