Hi there,

I wanted to fill in my exercise for today but there's no choices for just exercises. All the choices are for something organized but not just the exercises and stretches type stuff that is suggested right here on the site. How do I add calisthenics type stuff?

I'm actually doing The Firm, which is stretching and a little weights. I don't know how to add this type of workout?

What I've done is just try to find something comparable and then enter that. Sometimes I've just guessed, but other times I've used one of the many online exercise/calorie calculators and then found something with the same (or close) numbers.
