Why do you think eating potatoes will blow your calorie intake for the day?
Just eat smaller portions and take your time while eating it, so you can really enjoy it. I find that I scarf down food that I love and then miss it when it's gone. Stop and smell the potatoes! |

| I agree with paulethomson. You don't have to give up potatoes. It's all about the portions. Try this, instead of a large or med fry from a fastfood place, get the small. When you bake a potato, cut it in half and just eat that (the half). For mashed potatoes, just get two spoonfuls; instead of four. See what I mean... cut your portions. |

| Paulethomson is right. All you have to do is eat a small size of potato and you're good to go. As they say, everything should be taken into moderation. |
