I would love to do that as well.. but unless you go through a physician, it's really impossible. I know a person can lose about 4-5 lbs their first week of eating right, exercising and cutting out sugary drinks, but after than a person only loses 1-2 lbs a week on average.
I am definitely an instant gratification kind of person. Heck, I think a person should lose 5 lbs just for making the right decision when it comes to a snack!
...but it's important to remember how long it took you to put on those 25 lbs... that puts it in better perspective for me and to know that I need to be more patient than 1 month. Good luck! |
