I wish I had a scale that measured in smaller increments - mine measures in 00.0 kilograms, and it's somewhat inaccurate, causing me a lot of grief. And you know - any loss at all, is a good loss. Keep it up! |

Congrats emaji! And you're right! Even when my scale shows a .2 loss, I jump for joy!!
I decided to "relax" for a few weeks to see if I could maintain my weight and I did OKAY. Now I'm back with 16 more pounds to go!!! |
