I really need to set up a goal.
I want to lose 2.5kg every month
by eating 1200calories per day and exercise at least half an hour everyday?
Is that possible? |

I think this is possible, but it does depend on your starting weight and what kind of a workout plan you have!
What is your eating plan? What is your exercise plan? I will gladly give suggestions if you would like! I know that on average I am losing about 8 - 10 pounds a month - that would be about what you are wanting to lose - so it is realistic.

I will eat about 1200 calories a day ,my breakfast will consist of fruits and low fat yohurt and about 30g cereal,about 300 cals
and lunch ,I will have about 600 cals, I will make my own meal if possible ,prawn,eggs ,and beef and other high-protein food and some vegetables will be the main dish,and 50g grain.
supper ,I won't eat any grain ,but whenever I feel hungry ,I will make myself a salad with fat-free sauce or just eat a boiled egg or the like .
My principle will be high-protein,high-fibre,low-carbon.
and swim for at least half an hour,

Keep us posted on your progress!!!!You might want to add some extra workouts to fire up your metabolism!
