I tell ya, I didnt' understand when they introduced "new math" to the kids.
But I think Imight have invented it...
On my fridge, I have a dry erease board with my current weight and my goal weight. Did the math and I should be posting here and not in the 25 or less.
The ultimate goal is just over 25s away....
So I gotta just do it!

Don't sound so sad! A bit over 25 pounds is not as bad as it seems. You can do it and I am sure in no time at all you will be less than 25 pounds to loose! And with some hard work you will be at your goal!

It's still a go. Being I want the weight to just GO!!!
Dont' we all??
I am wavering between 169 and 172. Dang it!
My first goal is to reach 165 and stay behind 170.
I have to do bite size goals cuz it was bite sizes that got me here!

I bite sized my exercise today...
Twenty two minutes on the treadmill at the gym.
Two minutes in the shower.
Twenty minutes drive, each way.
I did another walk in the stormy weather later in the day...
Every little bit counts!
