RULES FOR DIETING
1. If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.
2. If you drink a diet drink with a chocolate bar, the calories in the chocolate bar are cancelled out by the diet drink.
3. If you eat standing up, the calories don't count (ie, eating while peering into the fridge, making lunch/dinner, baking etc)
4. Food used for medicinal purposes NEVER counts, such as hot chocolate, toast, and Sara Lee Cheesecake.
5. Movie related foods do not have additional calories because they are a part of the entire entertainment package and not part of one's personal fuel, such as Milk Duds, Buttered Popcorn, Junior Mints, Fruit Chocs, and Snakes.
6. Cookie crumbs, ie broken cookie bits or a sliver of cake (to neaten it up) have no calories.
7. Things licked off of knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something. Examples are peanut butter on a knife when making a sandwich , ice cream on a spoon making a sundae and batter mixture when making a cake/cookies.
8. Any cake or biscuits offered to you by well meaning friends have minimal calories.

Oh, number 6, you were my worst enemy. Those dang cakes, pies, brownies, etc. were always crooked and me a perfectionist. LOL!
