Hi Im new here Smile my name is Laura, 17, female. going to be 18 in may and i weigh 120 pounds. I am 5ft 3inches and i wanted to know if that is a healthy weight. I would like to weigh 115 pounds. I also would like to know what typed of exercises I should do to tone my abs and obliques?

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure that what you weigh is probably a very good weight for your height. I'm almost 5'8" and 135, and that's pretty much completely "normal" by most standards, but I want to weigh 115 too.

Try Pilates, specifically the dvds that say they target abs. They've worked well for me, and the midsection is my problem area.
