Hi Dr. FRancis,
I have been eating exactly what you propose in your diet for the past 60 days but the results have been very poor. I exercised everyday but had to stop due to knee injury. I have lost 8 cm around my waist line, 5 around my hips but only 3 kilos. I take soy protein, Benefiber and drink 2.5 liters of water/white tea everyday. I am with a nutricionist program - I admit that I follow about 80% of the time.
Any insight will be welcome!
Thanks

Instead of eating your typical three square meals plus snacks, try eliminating big meals and snack all day long. If you eat three hundred calorie snacks every two or three hours, you only eat food as you burn it. You will keep your blood sugar level normal, so you do not have cravings and binge. You will also avoid a surplus of calories that you will need to burn off.

.
I read this book (end to end - and now reading it a second time) and 90% of its contents overlaps with lifestyle improvements for T2 Diabetics (like my body). 90% of the info is solid and sound advice. Even if one only implements 50% of its lifestyle improvement ideas, their lifestyle will be 50% better (compared to one's current inner health state). Not too sure if I agree with recommendations of Self Starvation for inner body cleaning. Self starvation over stresses the cells, which allows "bad bugs" to invade the body. re: Weak or tired cells allows bugs and cancer within the body. Except for the book's "self starvation is good theme" (within its 1 chapter), the rest of the book's contents is solid. Wish they would teach the majority of the book's contents in school and advertise within one's local media as well. Especially the part about toxins (to extend shelf life of many products) and how Sugars / White flour is killing our insides. Cut this stuff out and the body looks and feels much better. And, less bad bugs invade the body as well. To me, this book is a must read / must understand - one chapter at a time. And where possible, apply to one's life as well. For an under $15 book, its worth obtaining, reading and understanding.
I'd recommend it to all...
