Teri Hatcher's Diet Lifestyle
Desperate Housewife actress Teri Hatcher is super thin: In fact Well, sources say that the 41 year old actress suffered from eating disorders in the past but Hatcher insists that she's on a healthy diet & is committed to exercise. Teri says, "I like to hike and work out at the gym but I get bored easil. That's when I started doing the stripping classes. It's very much about empowerment and women of all sizes do it. There are no mirrors and nobody cares what you look like. It's just all about being comfortable with your body." She has a great philosophy. Teri also does an hour of Pilates and yoga-style stretching exercises, before her 30 minute Strip workout. "It's not about turning a guy on," explains Teri, "it's about turning yourself on and feeling good about yourself." Hatcher also eats low fat but high protein meals like grilled chicken or steamed fish with fresh vegetables. She says that she's got a sweet tooth: "Banana splits with chocolate and gummy bears is my big weakness!" I'm not so sure she's indulged in her "favorite treat" in years... what do you think?
