Anna Kournikova Loves to Move
Anna doesn't follow a strict diet, but her eating is not out of control: "I don't eat three desserts, or anything like that, but I'm working out and training every day so I don't worry about what I eat."

When Anna has finished her daily training (3-5 hours on court, 1 hour conditioning) she says, "I like to go out onto the beach, rollerblade, be in the sun, swim - I love anything to do with the water. Or I'll just go grocery shopping. I have to go somewhere, do something, I can't sit in one place!"
But Anna, who has been called a bad role model for encouraging girls to lose weight, says she's happy with her new figure, saying: "My shape has transformed and I'm much narrower. My shoulders are smaller, my torso is slimmer and my legs leaner, which I really like.
The 25-year-old says her loss of bulk is down to her lack of tennis and says she is not starving herself.

She says, "I'm naturally long, lean, and lanky. When I was playing tennis on the professional circuit, my body completely changed."
