Amy Winehouse drinks beetroot juice cocktail to protect her singing voice, but that doesn’t explain why she’s so skinny.
She told Britain's Observer Food Monthly magazine, "I eat ridiculously healthily. Just now I'm drinking a carrot, beetroot, celery and ginger throat juice - it's gross.”
The 'Rehab' singer also revealed that although she is dating a chef, she does all the cooking at home. "I do great chicken soup, or meatballs. But West Indian food is probably my best thing. I learnt from my mum and my grandma.”
Still, rumors say she’s lost the weight from a “Heroine Diet”. She’s also told reporters, "I drink a lot and sometimes forget to eat." Sources say: "For the past 18 months she has been going to her local women's-only gym, for a two hour session, every single day. She is neurotic about it, completely obsessed. Amy will do a full cardio, fat-burning workout followed by lots of repetitions, on a relatively light load, on the weights machines. As her body has become transformed, the more weight she's lost, and the more obsessed she has become.”
